Buggy Specifications

Our standard corporate models are fitted with Honda CBR 600 or Honda Fireblade 900 motorcycle engines minimum 100BHP. @ 11,000rpm.
This is ample power and coupled with a lightweight chassis enables quite impressive 0-60mph figures.

Jig built space frame from 1¼ inch OD tubular steel. Fully braced and welded, forming a strong and light stiff chassis for easy set up and a very strong integral roll cage for maximum driver safety.

• The superb handling comes from advanced geometry within the unequal length double wishbone set up on all four corners. Adjustable coil over gas shocks all round. Easy set up for driver weights.
• Single turn lock to lock ensures precision handling.
• Steering is via a race-bred precision-machined center fed rack and pinion. The high ratio giving one turn lock to lock, enabling super fast input and reaction but still retaining good feedback quality. Racks are courtesy of G B Engineering.
• Brakes are hydraulic discs automotive derived for low cost servicing and ultra reliability.

• Manual six speed sequential gearshift for fast and precise gear changes.
• Adjustable dashboard shift light (normally set at 10,500RPM)
• Chainless drive for low maintenance and reliability.
• Limited slip differential for better handling in tight hairpin corners and reducing understeer.
• Substantial independent drive shafts and constant velocity joints for low maintenance and reliability.

The UK Rallysprint buggies are built in excess of stringent NASA safety regulations and therefore could if required pass scrutineering and race at any one of about 50 clubs throughout the UK.

Standard fitment in our corporate models is competition 4-point seat harnesses with 3inch wide webbing and NASCAR all steel fitments/buckles. Courtesy of Total Restraint Systems.

Arm restraints are fitted to the steering wheels to prevent arm or hand injury.
